We reached our limit on transactions yesterday, so we upgraded to Bronze this morning. However, we are still unable to receive forms and transactions. How long can we expect the upgrade to take or is there something we are missing? Thank you!

It should actually be instant as long as the payment has been completed. I checked your account and you are now in Bronze plan. Your account is active and the forms are still accessible.
May we know if you are getting any error messages when you try the form?
