how can I duplicate multiple form fields?

I've created a basic menu of multible drop down options that I'd like to duplicate within my form so multiple orders can be placed off the one form.  How can I copy and paste multiple fields?

You can use manage multiple fields options to duplicate fields on your form. To do that please follow:

1. Click on gearbox(options button) on any field and then Manage Multiple fields:

2. And in new window just select the field you would like to duplicate and click duplicate:
