How do I download encrypted forms and use the data as I normally do with non-encrypted forms?

I understand that you are trying to download the submission data of encrypted forms in your account and see that the data is encrypted. Unfortunately, there is no other way to decrypt the form data other than viewing from the form submissions. I see that this issue is already been forwarded to our backend team and they are looking into it. Please confirm you are referring to the same issue so that we can forward this thread to our backend team to take a look. Please let us know how you are trying to download the data of your JotForms.
