How long do I have left on my subscription?

 and how many more forms can I make on it right now? I need to make 2 more.

You can create any number of forms in your JotForm account. This applies to free accounts as well. However, it varies in receiving the number of submissions based on the subscription plan chosen. You may compare the plans from our pricing page.

I see that your account is currently holding Premium yearly subscription and due for renewal by Jun 25, 2016. Since JotForm is a subscription based service, your subscription will be renewed automatically at the end of the current subscription period. If you do not want to continue with a paid plan, you may cancel it from the billing section of your account.
