Where do you input the private key to view the encrypted submissions once you covert the data into PDF or Excel?

You need to upload the key on your form submissions page or on the specific submission URL when you open it from your email.

Take note that when form encryption is enabled on the form, downloading submissions to excel or creating reports isn't possible. However, when you do so, data will remain encrypted on the downloaded file. You have to view these data in your form submissions page or through the submission URL.
