    Hi there,

I have an online order form which will not actually send the form information to my desired email. I just wanted to test it to see what the information would look like. Could this be because I have not actually placed an order just exited at the PayPal screen?

I know sometimes email servers can be an issue I've been told by your team before but I changed it to the exact same settings as my other form (minus an auto responder I had on the other one) and it still won't send the form to me. The test email went thru fine to my account email but the actual form itself isnt working it seems.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have checked our email log and I saw that you have tested your Notification with "Test Email" button. Please note that this will always be send email Notification to email address of your account. You need to submit your live form to check if email Notifications are sent to recipient email address that is set inside of your Notification.

I also saw that you form has 3 incomplete submissions. This has happened because you exited at the PayPal screen. Email Notification will be sent after payment is made.

You can enable PayPal Sandbox Mode to test PayPal payment form.
