I can't login and it says my email address is invalid

I can't recover my password. Im in the process of changing my email, but thought I hadn't chaned my jotform yet. Anyways I'm not able to log in, I tried recovering my password, but it said my email was invalid. I thought that the email I had on the account is jeremyosguthorpe@kw.com , but it might be osguthorperealty@gmail.com which is gmail I'm trying to change it over to. Thanks!
