Necesito volver a hacer que mis formularios esten habilitados cuanto antes
como puedo recuperarlos?

I checked your account and it doesn't seem to be over quota. I am able to see your forms without any issues.
I see that you have recently upgraded your account, so your account limit has now increased. Because of this, the issue seems to be resolved. Do you need further assistance with your form? Please do let us know. Regards.
