I manage two accounts. The new account, Southern Pines Business Association (this one), I am not receiving submissions. I have set it up the same as the other account. Tested the email address, copied and pasted it in Jot Form and not working. The email for this account is (email@example.com)

I have checked your email address and I could not find it in our bounce list, which is one of the reasons why emails are not sent from JotForm, I have submitted one of your forms (61666472846164) and I can see the email was successfully sent:
I would suggest you to ask your email provider to white-list our IP addresses, but this will work only if you are sending emails with our default sender email addresses: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
If this still does not work, please try setting up SMTP in your form, here is the guide to do it: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
If after doing this you are not receiving emails, please the let us know.
