2-3 days ago, I noticed that forms submissions are not being e-mailed to: "email@example.com." I didn't do anything different but now I am not getting submissions from potential applicants.
Please advise! Thanks.

Your email address has been added to our bounce list and this is the reason why you're not getting any emails from your form. Here is the result from our logs:
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN Remove the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP
I've fixed this to our end, but to prevent this from happening in the future, please do the following:
1. Whitelist our list of IP Addresses and Sending Domains to your server: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses.
