I don't receive all the e-mails of filled forms in my inbox. How can i solve this?

I no longer receive e-mail of filled out forms and the overview on the jotform website of all entries of the form is completely blank except for the date and time.

When i click show analytics of the report i can see the reports come in, including the pictures. But when i download the excel document which should provide an overview of all entries this is empty.

I am sure these forms are filled out because i can see them in analytics as mention before, and in the overview on the bottom of the page of 'show submissions' i can see the date and time of all forms filled out which is updated the entire time, i just can't see anything else they filled out in the forms.

Please help me out, I need this to work ASAP!

    Hello SimoneCrul,

I see that there are two issues raised on this thread. I'll have to properly split them in order to prevent confusion with other support members and the development team to which matter they should address.

On this case, let's address your email problem:

I noticed that your email kept on bouncing the alerts sent by JotForm. I would recommend that you contact your email service provider to have the IP addresses and domains from this list whitelisted: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

Another method you can try is set-up an SMTP account on your account and use that SMTP email as your mail sender for your email notifications. This user guide will help you understand how to setup SMTP on your account: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

If you have more questions regarding your email concerns, please do let us know.

    Thanks.
