Submit button is not working

When you hit submit/send button nothing happens! It just says Please wait!

Please help me!

I did a test submission in the actual form.and it was successful. After submitting, it redirected me to a specific webpage. I have checked the links you provided but I didn't see any JotForm embedded on it.

You can try re-embedding the form using the Iframe method. This will prevent script conflicts between the page and the form. Here's a guide: Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
