    Hi,

My edit links reference the original domain "jotform" not the new one one that my form is using "jotformpro" and hence when anyone uses that link, it shows an error:

    Invalid Form URL
This form is not available for this domain.
    http://www.jotformpro.com/form/20768393112958

I am able to access the form when I change it manulay. Please help to fix thsi as soon as you can.

    Regards,

    Firas

You will just need to edit your email so that it points to jotformpro.com instead of jotform.com

To change body of your email, open your form on the Form Builder and then:

    1. Click on "Setup and Share" tab,

    2. Click on "Email Alerts",

    3. Select "Notification",

Sorry, please ignore my last post. Agreed, there is a bug with the {edit_link} tag.

    Hi there,

According to my tests on EU accounts, I didn't replicate the same issue with you, the "{edit_link}" on the email sends users to the correct domain which is "eu.jotform" in our case. Please, see it from the below:

Also, please make sure that you have followed the same path with the guide by checking the steps from the link below:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

In addition, using a custom domain doesn't change anything, the link should be redirects to the correct domain and works.

For further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

    Thanks.
