Could you please provide us more details of what you meant? Are you getting any error messages when you submit the form on a mobile device? Or the form is just not responsive?

May we also know if the form is embedded on a website? If it is, could you please provide us the link to it?

I went ahead and cloned your form and tested it in my end using our test Stripe account, I was able to submit the form without any problems.
