I am getting a strange error regarding my website when we submit a form

We are seeing an error on all our forms when we submit.  This happens no matter which form, or which of our domain names we redirect to.  I am not sure why this happens because i still have some of my old forms active on my previous website, and I do not get an error.  Please advise.  Thanks!

If the error only happens on forms embedded in your site, you might try to embed them with the Iframe code instead: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
