Why I'm not receving submissions in my email?

    I am not receiving my forms. I setup a form (https://form.jotform.com/61137505354956) and clicked on test email and I am not receiving the form. I see that when I fill out the fields and click submit, it shows my form info in the submissions for that form, but I am not receiving the email. I added jotform to my whitelist. All my forms were working before but now they are not. Please advise.

    I checked your form and I saw that this email m***oka@ene***mx.com is in our bounce list and the reason is below:

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 5.7.1 The message from (<000001528b7ae1ff-2e00ea98-8bec-49cf-a045-0349d5beaf03-000000@amazonses.com>) with the subject of (New submission: WagPod Register - Short Form) matches a profile the Internet community may consider spam. Please revise your message before resending.

    I removed it from our bounce list and you should be receiving your submissions now.

    Please check this thread on how to prevent further issues.  Also, try whitelisting our IP addresses, you can check more in this guide.
