Why the files I receive are slow to download? before they were very fast and now go slow

Download speed depends of your internet connection. Maybe you had some issue with your internet connection and because of that files were downloaded slowly. Are you still experiencing same issue?

Also is this happening with all of your files or some particular file?

The issue don't depend of my connection because is very fast in all other thing i do on internet. i download every kind of file but lately the issue is only with the file that i download with jotform. months ago the service was perfect but now i can't work with this slowness. how can i resolve this problem? thank you!

I have checked submissions of your from and uploaded files are images and pdf files. I was able to download few of them without any issues, they are not large. Is there any specific field that is downloading slowly on your end? Can you please provide us link of that file? Also how are you downloading your uploaded field?

If you want to download all of your data you can do it on Data page of your account.

If i download from "DATA" is very fast but if i download from the link that i receive from email of the form is very slowly... how can i resolve this problem?

i can't download everytime all the file in this way...

I have downloaded file that you provided and then I have crated test upload form. I have uploaded same file to my form and I submitted my form. 

Email Notification that I received had that field and I download it from my Notification in 10 seconds. File is 3,8 MB large. Download speed of uploaded files from email notification is not related to JotForm. 

I woulds suggest you to try to download your files from submission page of your form. 

However please note that we have the following bandwidth restrictions:

Small files - less than 10 MB = 100 views (downloads).

Large files - More than 10 MB = 10 views (downloads).

*BANDWIDTH LIMIT: Number of times a user can download files stored in the account. 

You can also use third party file sharing/storage that we have integrations with, such as Dropbox or Google Drive. Once your form is submitted your data will be sent there as well and then you can download it from there.

i don't know why some week ago the speed was perfect but now is very slow... i pay this service because offer 10Gb and now if i use dropbox should i have to pay also that service... I would like to solve this problem with your server but i don't know how i do.

I also tried to download the link you have provided (https://files.jotform.com/jufs/rsgrafica/60056194800349/341902588736194818/fronte.jpg) and I was able to download the file in seconds. Can you try to download again on your end and see if it will work now?

i try to upload and download some files and then i found that now the problem is solved. now the download is fast.
