I see as well that you were not using any API key on your account at this time. I am not sure if the email you got was just a mistake on our end. Hopefully it doesn't happen again (do let us know if it does)
I have reset your API limit counter for today. It does auto reset daily on your account as well.
I concur with this issue.
I do not have any API keys, all my forms are disabled at the moment and I have had the same message 3 days in a row.

It seems like you have reached your API limit. FREE accounts are limited to 1,000 requests per day. Your API access has been disabled for the rest of the day. Since we understand that it can be an inconvenience to have your access stop working because you have reached your API limit, we'd like to remind you that you can upgrade and your API access will be running smoothly again."
I am thinking there is an issue at JotForm's end of the internet pipeline :-)
I double checked your account and indeed you're not using any API and your forms are disabled. :)
I again reset your API limit and recalculated monthly usage.
Please let us know if the issue reappears from now on so we can investigate from there what is causing this.
