Why are my Forms Disabled after I added them to my Weebly Website?Asked by pomsocial on June 16, 2016 at 11:12 AM
Hi, I added JotForm as an app to my Weebly site and after building the form, it will not display. I get a message saying the form is disabled. I am able to access the form I built in JotForm. I tried embedding HTML code into the site as well as dragging-and-dropping the app onto my page as I have done with other apps.
Thanks for your help.
The reason why your account was disabled is because one of your forms got your account suspended for violating our terms of usage because it is asking for usernames and passwords and that is not allowed since we consider it phishing for sensitive information.
I have removed the offending fields for you and have reactivated your account to allow you to continue using your account but please in the future be sure to abide by our terms to avoid being suspended again. Thank you for your cooperation.
