    i need you to cancel my account debit on my credit card, how can I do that ?

    hi,

     

    thanks but it redirects do a plimus page where it asks for a password for a user id that is filled with several numbers already.

     

    I don't know any user on plimus.

    The plimus username is a long string of numbers which you receive from Plimus when you first paid for jotform. May we kindly ask you to check your email for that.
