I deleted an old user and added a new one. The old user is getting emails from JotForm and the new user isn't receiving any. Please help! Thank you

I'm not quite sure I understand your issue here fully.
Do you mean you changed the email notification address for someone that used to be listed on your account forms and they are receiving those emails or do you mean something else?
What email are they receiving and which form is this happening on?

I didn't change the email notification address, rather I deleted the user account that was receiving the emails and added a new user. The old user is still receiving emails and I need the new user to receive the emails. Does this help clarify?

In order to change your recipient email addresses please refer to our user guide on How to send notifications to multiple email addresses
The process of changing a single recipient email address on your form notifications is just the same on that user guide.
