Form is not responsive

I have tested it on mobile and pc. It used to work fine, but now it won't. Please help. There are several paragraph check boxes at the end of the form that I require customers to check and they can't read them. It's in an iframe, and the only trouble is with the check boxes at the end which are full paragraphs. 

I checked your website on my Android phone and it seems to be working as expected:

Have you tried adding the Mobile Responsive widget on your form? Please also let us know what device and browser you are using. If you could share us a screenshot of what you are seeing, that would help us a lot.
