Submissions are not in Google spreadsheet when using google spreadsheet integration

sorry, I was doing a search.. I didn't realized I had made a post.

But yeah I am noticing a big problem today with our google sheet integration on our forms.

I'm getting the notification emails just fine as people register on my form.. but when i go look at my google sheet they aren't listed.

Is there a new delay with the syncing between jotform and google sheets?  We've been using these both for quite some time and never had an issue before.

I tried to delete the connection and re-add it, tried deleting the google sheet and renaming the new one but its still not up to date.

Any suggestions on what could be wrong?

Thank you for providing more details. 

So far I could not produce issue with our Google spreadsheet integration as of this time.

I test the integration on my form https://form.jotform.me/61676529037463 and integration was able to transfer the submission to the google spreadsheet here

You can also test submit my form and check on the shared spreadsheet if your test submission is there.

What I suggest you try on your form is remove the integration again, Save the form, and then redo the google spreadsheet inttegration process.

Make sure to not do any modification on the sheet in google spreadsheet also. This is to avoid breaking the integration/connection.
