Do you support scored assessments with custom feedback?

I couldn't tell from your info if I could build an assessment on your platform. You know: you answer a few questions and based on the way you answer, you get customized feedback on the results page (and email sent to you with the results). Is that possible on your platform? At what level? Where can I learn more?

    Thanks!

You could possibly create assessment form by using form calculations and calculation values. What I mean is you have form with questions and each question have possible answers. Each answer can hold certain value(points) and then with conditions you can calculate total points for each user.

I'll try to picture what I have in mind.

    1. You have a form like this below(here is the link: https://form.jotform.com/61676245973972 feel free to clone it):

So I have two questions there, each answer has value of points assigned to it(You can check this link on how to do that: http://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value), the points are, for first question 1,2,3 respectfully and 4,5,6 for second question.

So when I choose answer for first and second question it will give me the result in Result field, I achieved that by using Form calculations(here is the link on how to do that: https://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-Perform-Calculation-in-the-Form).

It is clear how you can achieve this with more questions.

Finally, this is how it works:

Hope it helps, let me know if you have further questions.
