Last month I recieved an email about we had reached our quota. I am new to this position so I looked at it and upgraded our account. However, the for isn't working still. What can be done to fix this?Page URL:

I believe that you are referring to the form http://www.jotform.us/form/61675264236156. I see that this form is associated with a different account gleanings which is currently holding Free subscription. This account has currently reached it monthly limits by receiving more than 1300 form views for the current month. Please be noted that the Free subscription accounts are limited to receive 100 submissions/10 payments/1000 form views.
I see that your account laceann is upgraded to Bronze yearly subscription last month. Did you want to upgrade the account gleanings? I see that the both accounts are using the same email address. Do you want to move the forms from gleanings to laceann. Please confirm so that we can move the forms for you.
