The Designer and Theme in the form builder are not loading

Any time I click on this option we need to edit appearance of form I get a never ending loading screen, like the the one attached. Actually this is happening on any form of our account.

Is there any issue here? Can you help us?

But so far I could not reproduce the same problem when I test on your account and forms.

Can you also retry but using a different browser? I was using Chrome and it was working. Perhaps it is just a browser issue on your side. Try resettng your browser as well.

Please let us know if issue persist.

Hi, thanks for your input. This did work before, and we did try on 2 computers with Chrome and Firefox, but after your email we tried with Safari and worked fine. So I guess there may be some issues with scripts not supported on Chrome/FF ?

Hi, we discover that Adblock started blocking this page, as after turning it off, it did work on Chrome too. This was working before, not sure why such behavior change.

I used AdBlock too, both Designer and Themes are working for me. Maybe, you should reset your AdBlock (delete and re-install). If that is not working, you can disable Adblock for Jotform. We can guarantee you that we are safe.
