Need to move forms from the existing account to new account

    There is this account that  its being used for the  last 20 months that is paid with a personal credit card, by a mistake we found out one old employee submit personal info that should not had happened.

    We must make the changes and  migrate some forms that are there to a new account with a 1000 form pricing of 19 dollars monthly and place the bank info for payments.

    This most be done ASAP so we  one audit tomorrow. There are 3 mistakes here happenning. A personal card, a company name whicth is no us and a price plan that is beyond the approved -

    Thank you for contacting us. If I understand you correctly, you would like to transfer all the forms from one account to another. You would also like the payment information to be transferred as well. If I am wrong please feel free to correct me.

    If this is the case, I would suggest just modifying the username of the account. I believe it would be better. This way you avoid to cancel the account, and upgrade the new account with the current plan.

    If this is possible, please create a new thread using the account you wish to modify the username.

    The account is underthe name of PRIME CALL COLOMBIA.
    The invoices are under that name and can not be paid from INTELGOALS FUNDS
    or any banks.
    Invoices must meet the requirement to be accountable for expenses of
    e mail, address, phones and any other info must be also INTELGOALS data.
    Now since in that PRIME CALL COLOMBIA Forms are some items are not
    INTELGOALS we must separate them.
    we could open a new account under intelgoals name and migrate forms are
    ours and leave the other one. or Just open a new PRIME CALL COLOMBIA one
    for them to put their payment method.
    What can no continue is having the account under PRIME CALL COLOMBIA and
    having our card or funds connected to that account

    Ok. You may create a new account with username IntelGoals and let us know the forms to be moved from PrimeCallColombia to the new account.

    Also, we request you to login into PrimeCallColombia account and place the request to move the forms since we need to verify the ownership of the account. 

    The account PrimeCallColombia is currently subscribed to Silver subscription. If you do not want to continue with this subscription, you may cancel the subscription from the Billing section of the account so that your card will not be charged any longer for this account.
