We are not able to access uploaded documents

    Please  I cant acess my documents . They dont open. PLease Help me!. Error 404

    Please do let us know which files you are having issues with. Do please also note that each file has a limitation in the number of times you could download them.

    What this means is that if you are downloading huge files from your submissions panel (anything over 10MB) you can download it only 10 times.

    Anything up to 10MB will allow you to be downloaded up to 100 times.

    Once this is passed, each file will be locked to prevent further downloads.
