It won't let me email a form

When I click on the publish button nothing happens. 

Can you please try again? I just checked one of your forms, and the Publish button works:

Try clearing browsers cache, or in another browser. If the problem persist, let us know which browser you are using, so we can test further.

I am using Safari and I also tried with Fire Fox to no eval 

I have checked your forms and all are showing the Publish wizard, the same as shown in the screenshot on the reply above.
