Hi, we had an out of office on one of our inboxes and did not receive any jot forms that were completed. Is there a way of still receiving them if you have an out of office on?

If you mean you're not getting the form email, that is because your primary email address has been added to our bounce list. I've fixed this to our end, but to prevent this from happening again, we suggest checking the following guides and do our recommendations such as whitelisting our list of IP Addresses and Sending Domains:
