Why does my form say "Form not found. This form is disabled"?Asked by bluesplash on June 17, 2016 at 12:00 AM
I'm made a form for my website today and then when I went onto my website after I was done it said "Form not found This form is disabled" Did I click something on accident that disabled the form? And if so can I enable it again?
Your account has been autosuspended by our phishing detector due to violation of jotform's terms, which is why your forms are disabled. I checked your form and I can see that you have a password field in your form. Please note that using jotform to collect login credentials such as username and passwords is strictly prohibited.
I have now removed the password field and lifted suspension on your account. You should be able to see your form without any issues. Please avoid adding username or password fields to your form to avoid being suspended again. Regards.
