I have just had a number of users complain that they were unable to submit my support registration form.
I have also received a number of blank submissions.
Before I upgrade (i'm almost out of space), I would like to understand why the service disruption.
Your status says OK so Im assuming its something else.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We had a temporary issue with the server earlier, however I would like to inform you that this issue has already been fixed. You should now be able to see the submissions successfully.
However, I did notice that your account has exceeded the limit of submissions for a free account. Free accounts can receive 100 submissions per month, and you have exceeded that limit so your forms will be temporarily disabled. You will need to wait until the first day of the next month for the submission counter to reset to 0. If you want to receive more submissions this month, I would suggest upgrading to one of our available subscriptions here. Regards.
