On friday 16 I created a dropbox integrated form. I configured my form with:
a) 14 fields, 2 of them are required upload files.
b) email notificacion to 3 people,
c) confirmation to user's email after fill the form,
d) all fields in submissions list (excel)
e) all fields in report
Yesterday I received 3 notifications, but in dropbox there are 6.
When I checked these 6, there are 3 of them with incomplete info. They don't have the report I configured. Don't have at least one of the 2 required upload files. They don't appear in excel submission list. I did not receive email notifications.
I would like to recover this information, is very important for my job. Can you help me please?

There only appears to have been 3 submissions on that form, each with the required upload fields having a file attached.
Its possible that someone uploaded files but didnt actually submit the form in the end.
