Error "Need Recurring Billing"

    I am getting an error message while trying to intregrate my payment account. The error "need recurring billing" occurs whith all of my forms (single payments AND subscriptions) although I DO have an ARB (recurring billing) service with Any ideas?

    JotForm you can collect payments on a periodic basis. This is ideal for subscriptions wherein you need to charge a fixed membership rate on a regular basis (monthly, yearly, etc) just like how JotForm would charge premium and professional plan users.

    When setting up integration in your form's Payment Tool Wizard, just select the option below:

    Then, setup a product or products representing the membership plan you're selling.

    You can even set up a trial period if you offer one in your product. You can also set a different first payment.

    JotForm does not handle the recurring billing. handles them Jotform simply creates the subscription on these services and they do the rest. They keep the credit card information on their database and charge the user periodically.  You should get in touch with for more information on setting up recurring billing on your merchant account.
