When the form is being filled and a file is being attached it states it failed, however when we receive the notification the files are actually there. Can someone look into this for me? Google Chrome seems to be working fine.

I do not have Internet Explorer 10 to test your form. I have tested in IE 8 but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. Please note that we recommend using of Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
Can you please try to update your Internet Explorer to latest version to see if that will resolve your issue.
You can also try to turn OFF allow multiple option and use single file upload field.

We have released a patch today that addresses this bug. Can you please check and confirm if the issue is resolved on your end?
