How can we send the jotForm esignature to Sales Force?

I am using a JotForm - https://form.jotform.com/61684472429161

We are trying to create a Lead in Sales Force including the esignature in the Jot Form. 

Please help us... Thanks.

Unfortunately you can not pass the actual e-signature widget data to SalesForce.

What you could do for SalesForce is to add a plain textbox instead. In it your customers could add their own name, which would be possible to pass to SalesForce using the standard methods mentioned in the following guides:
