Validate URL text entry

This text entry requires a URL. I have the validation set up to do so, but can it tell if its a valid url? Lets say user enters in their social media account like twitter, I need it to check to see if the URL is a valid (public) profile. How can I do this? 

The URL validation opton will only validate the text entry if its a correct or valid URL format of text. It will not validate if its an account or data.
