Images on Forms

Hi - is there a way to use photos on forms(not backgrounds)? If so please let me know what my options are.

Yes, there is a way to embed photos/images on the form itself. You may use the "Image" field under the "Basic Fields" section on the left or you may use Widgets. Here's a short clip showing them both:
