We aren't receiving email notification that the form is being filled out.

    Please help. This is very bad for business. Please call me at 646 450 6358 or 646 338 2696.

    Problem began Thursday afternoon and is still in effect.

    Thank you for reporting this matter to us. It is also unfortunate that we do not have any phone contact center to handle your request for a voice call.

    I inspected your email address and found it in our bounce list:

    Reason(s) : smtp; 552 5.2.0 7Umq1t02S32XNeG01 - 7Umq1t02S32XNeG01Umr9e

    I have now removed your email from the said list. It should start sending emails again to your email address.

    Emails land in the bounce list whenever the email server of the receiver keeps on blocking emails coming from JotForm, for this reason, the system automatically includes the email address to prevent sending emails further.

    A measure that should prevent your mail server from blocking or putting mails in the junk mail is to add the noreply@jotform.com email address to your webmail's address book.

    Another measure is to try to contact your email service provider and ask them to whitelist the IP addresses and/or domains used by JotForm for sending email alerts. You can find the list here: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
