Al utilizar el date reservation me dice que "For the widget to work properly, you need to get a Jotform API key from your account settings, so that the widget can reference previous selections and prevent a date from being selected twice." Como hago ésto?

Are you sure this happens when using Date reservation widget because it does not require from you to provide the API key?
I would also advise you to recreate Check in Check out widget since it does not work properly and it will work again once you recreate it.
