Sending the form link through email

de a form and im trying to send it via email..ive done this with success but my issue is how does the recipient respond to the form after filling it out. i dont have an email and i cant get the form in the email just the link

Once they click the form's link in their email, they will be redirected to your form. They will fill up the form and submit it. You can set up an email notification so that you will be notified via email once a new submission comes in.

You can set the "Reply-To Email" to the email field so that if you want to reply to the person who submitted the form, you can do so. Please check this guide: Explanation-of-Email-Notification-and-Autoresponder-Settings
