I'm using the spreadsheet plugin, and the entries people write into the spreadsheet are not displayed in their email when they receive their completed form answers. The other answers appear, but not the spreadsheet.
I looked through the forum but couldn't find any solutions.
Any suggestions about what to do?

I cloned your form and I didn't see any issues with the notification. The Spreadsheet widget is showing properly. Here's a screenshot:
However, I was able to replicate the issue in the autoresponder email. In order to fix that, please try deleting the current autoresponder and then create a new one. This will automatically capture all the fields from the form to the autoresponder email.
