I am trying to create a form that will allow users on my website to enter their 'order number' and instantly receive a message of updated information on the status of the order.
I would like to be able to update the clients details on the backend.. ie. Order is now being dispatched. or Order is now onboard for delivery.
As an example, these forms are usually found with freight companys like DHL, that allow you to track and trace. However mine would require to be much more simplistic than this.
Can I acheive this with JotForm? And how do I go about doing this?
Thanks and Regards

JotForm have a Purchase Order form in Payment Tools. I think you can use that for the Order system and for backend, you can create a Report for the form (ideal an Excel type). The difficult part will be using the Excel as data source for your tracking process. But if you can post the Excel report on another page, maybe you can create another form there that will filter the Excel data(track) base on an ID or tracking number that came from the Order system.
For the JotForm front end, please check the screen below of what I meant.
I hope you find this useful. Please contact us if you have other suggestions or clarifications.
