When I save my draft form and log out, the changes have gone when I re-open it...

I see that you have made lots of changes on your form. Can you tell us which specific change you have made that reverted or did not properly save?

You can also check your form's revisions history and let us know which one of those changes is the issue. Or you can revert to a certain version in those periods of your edits:
