We have created around 40 accounts and many of them have been suspended

    Hi,

    I am using JotForms in my computing class.

    We have created around 40 accounts all using the @hppc.co.uk emaila address.

    For some reason,. some of the accounts have been suspended.

    Can you please help with this asap?

    Yes, a lot of the accounts that belongs to the domain hppc.co.uk has been suspended. I will have to ask our higher ups or backend team with regards to this matter. I'm sure there's a reason behind the suspension. I'll keep you posted.

    Just got a reply. It's because our system detected that your IP Address has too many accounts. Our system did the suspension. 

    I'm not sure if this is an option for you, but I think upgrading your account and adding the others as your sub-user accounts will do. You can go for the Gold Plan which allows you to add 100 sub-user accounts.

    I'm also not sure if there's another way around this, but I will try to ask our Team Manager about it. I'll let you know.
