We are not receiving submissions to a particular email

    I manage two JotForm accounts.  We are not receiving submissions on this account for the Southern Pines Business Association.  This account has been set up the same as the other account, yet no submissions.

    The email for this account is: so.pinesba@gmail.com

    Would someone PLEASE advise as to what the issue might be?
