Hi - I handed over a Jotform account which I set up years ago to a colleague and something seems to have gone wrong and I have been asked to help fixed it.
I set up a form called Black Swan Arts Information Submission on this account (form id 50116681631348) and embedded it on this page ... http://www.blackswan.org.uk/marketing/
It seems that my original form was cloned and then deleted, but the new version hasn't worked because they didn't re-embed code for the new cloned version.
I can sort that, but I am curious as to why the original version is still working! even though it has been deleted from the account, and also why we have 14.94MB of space used on an account that has zero submissions.
Many thanks in anticipation.

I have checked your account and the reason why the form still works is because it has not been deleted, it is currently archived:
So, please check your Archive folder, the form should be there, I should tell you that is possible to restore a deleted form, only if it has not been purged, to restore a deleted form just follow this guide: How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms
Regarding to the upload space in your account, this is because you have some uploads in some of your forms:
Seems like you have deleted some submissions to get free space, but seems there are still some uploads, I would suggest you to download all your data and uploaded files as a backup before to continue, so once you have downloaded your data we will be able to proceed deleted those fields without submissions.
