Clearing out my submissions

    You can delete a form submission in the Submission page.

    1. In My Forms, select the form and then click the Submissions button.

    2. In the Submission page, you can delete a form submission by clicking the Delete button at the upper right.

    3. You can also use the X delete button on each row in the table grid.

    4. If you want to delete all submission, you can use the Delete All button at the bottom right.

    Many thanks what would be good is only allowing for submissions to be kept for , say 1 month or deleting all submissions more than, say one month old

    Hello cambridgecentralaid,

    Unfortunately there is no feature to automatically delete submissions older than 1 month but you can always filter submissions for any month or date range and delete which you do not want to retain. Please check the screenshot below how to filter submission based on date range:

    Thanks. Helpful. However site must be down. Tried logging on and won't connect. Have asked others to try with different user info with same result.
