    Downloading Form submissions

Asked by technics on June 20, 2016 at 11:26 AM

Trying to download my forms before they are deleted from your servers.

I download the zip file but it keeps telling me the zip file is invalid and empty.

We do not delete any information you have in our servers. Once you have created the form it is permanently stored in our servers until you decide to delete it yourself.

To assist you better, could you please indicate if you tried download the form's source code or you are downloading the submission of the form?

I have just downloaded the source code and the submission and did not have any problems.

Please let us know if you still require our assistance.

I have downloaded a copy of the submissions, and opened the zip file without problems. Can you try using a winrar archiver to extract the data if you're having problem opening it with a Windows-based zip tool.

Here's a screenshot of the downloaded data on my view using winrar:

If even by using winrar you're unable to open the file, it's possible that the downloading was prematurely terminated. You will need to download the file again.

Installed winrar and it worked perfectly. Seem to be a winzip issue.
