not receiving emails

I'm emailing on behalf of the New York Yacht Club. Their online guest form may not be working. No forms are being delivered to their email. Can someone take a look and get back to me? If possible call 908.654.0900 x1.

That form belongs to the account username "danielaburton". Upon checking the recipient emails:

I see they are not in bounce list. Please do the following:

1) Check your spam folders.
